What We Cover

We offer a one-time exchange if your product arrives in the following condition:

• The item is physically broken or cracked due to a manufacturing defect
• The item is damaged during shipping (packaging damage counts as evidence)
• You received the wrong product

📸 To be eligible, you must report the issue within 24 Hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos or video as proof.

What We Do Not Cover

We will not offer an exchange if:

• The product was broken, bent, or damaged by the customer after delivery
• The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery
• The product shows signs of use, wear, or tampering
• The item was purchased on sale or with a discount code
• The original packaging, tags, or invoice are missing or damaged
• Damage is caused by water, chemicals, perfume, or improper storage

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
4. If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup and dispatch the replacement
